Role Purpose

This role involves managing and monitoring daily requests from MAB Engineering Services (MABES). Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and fostering positive interactions with customers.

Key Accountability

  • Report to Executive.ML - KLIA Branch - Trucking Ops.
  • Verifying the accuracy of billing data or Job file including prices, quantities and organized record of all billing transactions.
  • Prepared, tracked and sent weekly and monthly reports and data to Finance Department and maintained a comprehensive filing arrangement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors, particularly those related to operational matters, to ensure the efficiency of operational activities
  • Ensure Operation process is complied with Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) assessment Standards ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and responsible for any Safety and hazard reports matters at workplace.

Qualifications & Working Experience

A minimum of SPM/SPMV/DVM/STPM, or a Diploma in Logistics, or a related field with Aat least minimum 1 year of experience in Trucking or a related field.

Personality Traits

  • Possess good communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Good computer knowledge especially MS office application.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
