Parcel Locker Business Development Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our parcel locker solutions team. This role focuses on driving sales, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our parcel locker network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a strong understanding of logistics and e-commerce trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics, e-commerce, retail, and real estate sectors.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide input into the development of pricing strategies and promotional plans.
- Sales Execution:
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to align solutions with client requirements.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences to support product innovation.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
