Description
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in our growth. You’ll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and lay the groundwork for impactful partnerships.
- Actively listen to potential clients to understand their unique challenges and goals in employee mental health.
- Use a multi-channel approach—calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative strategies—to connect with decision-makers.
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover client pain points and align our solutions to their needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a well-organized CRM system, meet activity and pipeline metrics, and report on progress.
- Develop and execute creative approaches to break through and capture client attention.
- Spend a portion of your time collaborating with marketing or partnerships teams on outreach initiatives.
- Take full advantage of training and mentorship to develop your skills
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree (Health-related or Business-related preferred)
