  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food service sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective networking and cold-calling
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations to pitch Rasa Kari's products and services
  • Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales performance
  • Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing or sales
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in new business development, ideally within the food service industry specializing at sauce/ paste
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of success in winning new business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Proactive and results-driven approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • Two (2) tiers commission scheme including profit sharing program for new account development and new projects
