1. E-Invoice Management:

  • Handle all e-invoice matters, including issuing e-invoices upon customer requests and submitting consolidated e-invoices.
  • Verify supplier invoices for e-invoice validity and self-bill if necessary.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Reconcile daily sales against collections and collections against bank statements.

3. Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statement.

4. Reporting:

  • Summarize AR and AP transactions and provide weekly reports to HQ.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing is essential.
  • Experience in accounting or admin is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, reconciliation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
