1) Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answer questions about the menu.
2)Handle cashier by accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register.
3) Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, carry out weekly and daily cleaning task.
4) Prepare food and drinks follow company SOP.
5) Communicate effectively with team members and cooperate with all the team members.
6) Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally (polite and smile)
7) Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
