As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services. Your main duties will include:

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
