Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and introduce salon services.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, and manage walk-ins.
  • Handle admin tasks like updating schedules, managing payments, and preparing reports.
  • Gather and share customer feedback and workplace updates with management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
