About the Role:
We're looking for a customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for salon clients. Your mission is to ensure every customer walks out feeling pampered and relaxed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and introduce salon services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, and manage walk-ins.
- Handle admin tasks like updating schedules, managing payments, and preparing reports.
- Gather and share customer feedback and workplace updates with management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
