1. System Deployment & Configuration:- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, network equipment, digital signage systems, and interactive technologies.
- Deploy and configure Led Display, interactive smartboard, digital signage and similar solutions for clients.
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve system failures effectively.
3. Network Management:- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
4. Project Implementation:- Collaborate with the project team to deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.
- Document processes and provide training to clients for seamless adoption of solutions.
5. Research & Development:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.At least a minimum of 1-year working experience in the similar position.Technical Skills: proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.Experience with digital signage, interactive technologies, or similar solutions is a plus.Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization tools.Soft Skills: strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Certifications (preferred): CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant certifications.
