Job Summary :
The Operations & Marketing Executive will drive business growth through strategic marketing initiative and efficient operational management. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate marketing campaigns, optimize operational processes and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibility :
- Coordinate with external and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies campaigns and operational activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work and support with your team leader to create sales materials and support sales initiatives.
- Able to pitch to customer and do sales closing processes.
- Strong follow up with prospects to get the sales.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure fulfilment been delivered.
- Every week hold events, gathering, conference and workshops for the clients, either virtually or face-to-face.
- Manage all stages of the event management.
- Provide support and work closely with speakers, trainers and coaches to ensure events/classes are delivered to company's standard and client's satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, operational efficiency, and business metrics.
Recruitment Criteria :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and operations, event, training, or education roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with the SME market and Mandarin proficiency is essential.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and social medica is must.
- Has a flair for event management.
- Proficient in suing Microsoft Office Application, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Zoom and Microsoft Team.
- Willing to travel, work on weekends and log hours when required.
