Key responsibilities :
- BSC Performance & Management
Lead BSC KPI target setting process, ensuring KPIs are adequately cascaded
Monitor the implementation of strategies and action plans via BSC tracking and reporting on a monthly basis.
BSC scope: GMD, GMC Members and Material Risk Takers
- GSI Finance Liaison
Serve as GSI Finance liaison/point person, collaborating with Group Finance on all GSI budget related matters
Prepare GSI budget (opex, capex) as part of annual GSI business planning process
Conduct regular budget analysis and create / monitor financial reports for Group Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer consumption
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
- Sound knowledge of banking products, relevant banking regulations and accounting standards.
- Prior working experience in risk management and balance sheet management is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, pays attention to details, have a sense of urgency and works effectively and efficiently despite under pressure.
