We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR VA (Virtual Assistant) to join our team and support our HR department in various functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws is a plus.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • KPI : Hire 15 qualified candidates within one month.
