The Role:
Responsibilities
The responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of HR and business administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel records, handles full cycle of recruitment process and selection right up to offer of employment and supporting the HR Manager in various capacities like work pass administration for foreign employees and leave management. The role also involves preparing HR reports, handling claims and providing office support.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Diploma from a polytechnic in Singapore or a Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field from a reputable institution.
- Good command in English and Chin
- Organised and able to follow structured work procedures at work
- At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors.
- Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).
- Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications is a requirement.
