Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to comprehend hiring requirements, the end-to-end hiring process, and team goals.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing by leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to facilitate the selection process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in maintaining applicant tracking systems and databases with accurate candidate information.
  • Support the coordination of new hire orientations and other administrative tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings for an update on the current hiring tracker.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant courses.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently.
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
