As a member of the Finance Center of Excellence in its KL Office, you will act as a change management analyst within the Quote to Cash chain.

What to expect:

• Act as a Finance representative in the delivery process of Quote to Cash initiatives:

  • Ensure finance requirements are taken into account before the start of implementation

  • Contribute to the design and execute E2E scenarios to get assurance on the accurateness and correctness of the implementation

  • Liaise with the different delivery teams to validate the solution

  • Connect the dots with other team members in charge of release management

  • Be able to act in line within the existing process and provide deliverables accordingly

  • Foster a continuous improvement and efficiency culture.

• Prepare the Finance Operational Teams to upcoming changes in the Quote to Cash chain:

  • Prepare a summary of the changes that are expected to impact the operational teams following a quote to cash implementation

  • Investigate whether Quote to Cash implementations do not generate additional manual effort in operational teams and escalate when needed

What will make you successful:

In order to make you and our team successful, we expect you to:

• Have a bachelor or master degree in Finance or Business administration;

• Have around 2 years of experience in a role within the quote to cash chain

• Have good analytical skills

• Be able to keep your focus on the bigger picture, while capable of deepdiving into details when required;

• Connect easily with any stakeholder adequately;

• Be self-driven, wanting to make things happen;

It is a plus if you:

• have knowledge or experience within SWIFT’s quote to cash chain

• have a good high-level understanding of general quote to cash terms and processes
