- Focal of in-house ERP and BPM platform ; acting as Subject Matter Expert by designing and improving the platform
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the market current business processes, organizational structure, and operational challenges to understand their needs for an ERP and BPM solution, to be deployed and developed in our platform
- Identify and document the client's business goals, KPIs, and objectives, ensuring that the ERP and BPM solutions align with the client's long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, supply chain, HR, and IT teams, to gather detailed requirements for ERP and BPM systems.
- Assess existing systems and infrastructure to determine integration requirements, data migration needs, and any gaps that the new ERP and BPM solutions must address.
- Develop and deliver detailed product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions, showcasing the capabilities of our ERP and BPM platforms.
- Advise the client on best practices for configuring and customizing ERP and BPM solutions to ensure they align with business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance on business process reengineering, leveraging BPM tools to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall productivity.
- Work with technical teams (system analyst, developers, testing engineer) to develop an integration plan for the ERP and BPM systems with other enterprise applications such as CRM, SCM, and legacy systems.
- Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient transfer of legacy system data into the new ERP and BPM systems.
- Assist in developing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new ERP and BPM systems by employees across the organization.
- Define success metrics and establish clear performance indicators to assess the impact of the ERP and BPM solutions on business processes and outcomes.
- Guide the project management team in defining project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the implementation of the ERP and BPM systems.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and addressing user feedback to ensure the continued success of the ERP and BPM solutions.
- Recommend and assist with periodic system upgrades, process improvements, and scalability options to ensure the ERP and BPM systems evolve with the market’s changing needs.
- Produce a monthly report to update business activity ; task progress, budget etc
- Produce minimum 2 ERP and BPM related articles (per month) for corporate and marketing purpose

Pay: RM8,104.95 - RM14,421.22 per month
