Responsibilities:
• To handle requests and general queries from international (China) students.
• To provide administrative & coordinating support on the matters pertaining to document compilation, organising meetings and events, drafting correspondences, tracking the arrivals of international students etc.
• To coordinate with relevant departments on the matters relating to students’ visa process, submission, checking on the status of students’ English placement test, and students’ registration submission.
• To prepare monthly progress report on the activities conducted by International Marketing Department.
• To process the invoices from agents and other external parties.
Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative/ secretarial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and exposure in the education industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with practical/ related experience will have an added advantage.
