Planning
- -Coordinates the planning process within the departments including Rakita & MySukanTV. -Responsible for translating the developed strategic plans and schedules to achieve the company's goals and objectives. -Working along the key tasks, milestones, and deadlines for projects or activities, as well as allocating resources such as manpower, finances, and equipment effectively. -Implements while ensuring that projects stay on track and meet established timelines.
Integration
- -Assist with integration opportunities and assess operational functions requirements to support organizational goals. -Coordinates the integration projects from inception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions. -Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify integration needs and opportunities for optimization. -Work closely with Programming, Communications, Engineering & IT teams to evaluate operational functions and compatibility of integration solutions. -Define data mappings, transformation rules, and integration workflows to facilitate seamless data exchange between operational functions. -Coordinates the implementation and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Coordinate dry run activities, manage challenges, and provide operational functions support during program integration. -Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, internal and external support teams, vendors, to gather requirements, address concerns, and communicate project status and outcomes effectively. -Establish metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of integration portfolio. Monitor programs performance, data accuracy, and client or audience feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Quality Campaigns
- -To work closely with the Business Development, programming and Creative & Digital team in ensuring the outcome of a project are designed to meet the goals. -Listeners’ satisfaction and participation in terms of radio content and contesting. -Meeting all client’s requirements successfully with zero complaints and managing their expectations accordingly. -To ensure all the campaign plans are executed perfectly, with zero errors on every marketing platform. -To ensure no miscommunication between the team (sometimes with other departments) especially when several campaigns are run at the same time period.
Compliance
- -Ensure the Compliance to Laws and Regulations. -Ensure the programs in Compliance to Kementerian Belia & Sukan mandate and regulations. -Ensure compliance and rightful agreement with Public Performance Malaysia (PPM), Music Authors Copyright Protection (MACP), Commercial Radio Malaysia (CRM), Telekom Malaysia (), Radio Computing Service (RCS), Benztown and etc. -To comply with all company and station compliance and ensure zero compliance issues and meet all compliance requirements successfully.
Operations
- -Assist on integration and promotional campaigns, which include collaborations with external parties plus managing airtime inventory for content and promo. -To work closely with the programming and clients in ensuring that on-air campaigns are executed holistically in a 360-degree manner. -Participates in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement. -Administers the provision of day-to-day operation support to the various subunits of the company, including the non-engineering portions of the company’s physical plant, space allocation and utilization, company’s supply and inventory, and company’s safety and security. -Ensure all program initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture.
MySukan TV
- -Assist the lead on his/her absence in ensuring all content is broadcasted, posted and published within the set timeline. -To liaise with sporting apparels & equipments agents to seek collaboration / sponsorship. -Assist the lead on his/her absence in supervising and align all on-air activities to all digital platforms.
