- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our catering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends.
- Present our catering packages, customizing offerings to suit client requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (culinary, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experiences.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Own vehicle required for commuting and client visits.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
- Able to speak Bahasa , English and Tamil - Advantage
- 6 Days of work
- 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m (1 hour lunch break).
