Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities.
  • Identify and research new opportunities for new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations to prospective partners and markets.
  • Create positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential partners and markets.
  • Ensure to perform regular follow ups with current and potential partners and markets to maintain excellent relationships.
  • Running outreach campaigns (phone calls, emails, schools) to create sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
  • Track and report on the status on the proposal components.
  • Track and report on the sales activities and progress towards achieving client acquisition goals.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients and address any questions or concerns.
  • Managing virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on B2B relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and current trends.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks.

Working Conditions:

  • This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • The candidate should be prepared for flexibility when required, including working extra hours, weekends and public holidays, to ensure the successful execution of time-sensitive initiatives
  • The candidate shall possess the ability and willingness to travel for meetings, location recces, sales events with prospective and existing partners and markets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
