Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation management.
  • Support payroll processes by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance reviews.
  • Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and company regulations.
  • Contribute to employee engagement by organizing events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, documents, and presentations as needed.

Personal Assistance to the Director:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and support to the Managing Director (MD) such as schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary documents.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for external visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
  • Handle all annual renewals, such as business licenses, email hosting, building insurance, and KPKT requirements.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably with experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
