Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation management.
- Support payroll processes by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance reviews.
- Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and company regulations.
- Contribute to employee engagement by organizing events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Personal Assistance to the Director:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and support to the Managing Director (MD) such as schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary documents.
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Act as a point of contact for external visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Handle all annual renewals, such as business licenses, email hosting, building insurance, and KPKT requirements.

Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably with experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
