Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and adjust schedules as necessary.
2. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Draft, review, and proofread documents and presentations.
3. Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations, ensuring smooth and efficient travel plans.
4. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Ensure all necessary materials and reports are prepared in advance.
5. Act as a point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and maintain positive relationships.
6. Manage and safeguard sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
7. Assist with or lead special projects as directed by the Chairman. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
8. Handle personal errands and tasks for the Chairman as needed, including managing household staff and personal appointments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or board members.
3. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
5. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high-level executives and stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
