Vehicle & Machinery Service Leader

Job Responsibilities:- 1. Responsible for all in matters related to the Vehicle and Machinery and related matters. 2. Responsible to assist the EM to plan, organize and control the Vehicle and Machinery and related engineering section to achieve engineering KPI. 3. Responsible to assist the EM to ensure that all Vehicle and Machinery and related engineering section activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performances . 4. Responsible to ensure that all standards established are adhered to. Job Task:- 1. Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:- a) The specified policies and procedures b) The requirements of ISO 2. Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality system, making proper recommendation, follow up and taking the necessary action(s). 3. Responsible to assist EM to review and continuously improve on existing repair and maintenance control system and procedures. 4. Responsible to prepare timely and accurate reports. 5. Responsible to ensure that all records are kept properly and handover of information is executed clearly. 6. Responsible to ensure that vehicle and machinery and related engineering section works and maintenance works are one effectively and efficiently and with minimum down time. 7. Responsible to constantly look into the improvement of workflow work efficiently, product quality and product innovation. Focus on better and more cost effective methods. 8. Responsible to ensure that the maintenance schedule under your charge and Company rules & regulation are strictly adhere to. 9. Responsible to monitor and ensure of the accurate records for all spare part inventory and consumables under your charge. 10. Responsible to assist the EM to ensure the optimum use of labor, machines and materials in order to reduce waste and lost productive time. 11. Responsible to ensure that all employees within this section work safe in safe manner with respect to themselves and other employee/guests. 12. Attend to any other duties by the Management. 13.
