About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Gokleen Trading & Services Sdn. Bhd. in Bintulu, Sarawak. As our Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our on-site activities. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of the site team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Monitoring and reporting on site progress, productivity, and safety
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Providing leadership, training, and support to the site team
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
  • Generating and submitting accurate and timely reports

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the cleaning industry or similar field including relevant safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to others
  • Proficient in relevant software and IT tools used in the industry
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating and managing on-site activities
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required
