Responsibilities :
1. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations, ensuring materials are available in warehouse.
2. Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries of physical goods, ensuring that quantities and quality match the order specifications.
3. Track and update inventory records using a computerized inventory system or manual logs, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation.
4. Process and maintain proper documentation for material movements, including issuing goods for outbound, returns, and managing stock transfers.
5. Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team, including preparing reports, handling paperwork, and assisting with inventory audits.
6. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed, such as supporting special projects, helping with urgent inventory adjustments, or performing additional duties to address unforeseen operational needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum educations must be at least SPM.
1. Technical skills requirements (At least able to use microsoft office)
2. Ability learn and utilize warehouse management system.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
