Job Descriptions: 1. To perform bank reconciliation. 2. To prepare payment vouchers (both physical and online). 3. To generate invoices, cross-checking them with contracts. 4. To update and describe purchase invoices and perform knock-offs. 5. To ensure the orderliness of all documents: payment voucher, invoice, and bank-in slip. 6. To ensure the input of intercompany-related information into prepayment-related companies. 7. To record payroll-related entries in the journal. 8. To account for imported services tax/digital services tax. 9. To update investment/deposit accounts in schedules, capturing fair value gains in the account. 10. To prepare and record depreciation journals for fixed assets. 11. To prepare necessary journal entries (e.g., staff petty cash). 12. To file payment vouchers. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of working experience. 2. Qualification: Degree in Accounting. 3. Strong knowledge of Account Ledger. 4. Knowledge in consolidated accounts is an added advantage.
