1. Monitor and identify purchasing needs through PR from each department. 2. Evaluate offers from vendors, make comparison, and negotiate for better prices. 3. Liaise closely with suppliers as needed to confirm or any changes on the orders. 4. Liaise closely with warehouse to ensure that all the goods arrive in full quantity and good quality and condition. 5. Coordinate, arrange & execute the overall import and export shipping related matter including dealing with Official Government Authority such as MITI, MIDA & customs, through logistics pathway. 6. Liaise with finance closely on payment of the custom duty or transportation charges for import and export shipments (Through forwarder & courier). 7. Liaise closely with forwarder for import and export shipments and any quotations needed for LCL or FCL shipments. 8. Prepare and tabulate OGA required statements and reports in required intervals. 9. Coordinate and monitor the shipment through courier services which is import and export shipments.
