  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and ensure timely reminders for appointments and deadlines.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Arrange business and personal travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare itineraries and ensure all travel-related details are organized.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with various personal and household administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for meetings.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure action items are followed up.
  • Provide support on special projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Mandarin speaking candidates preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
