- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and ensure timely reminders for appointments and deadlines.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Arrange business and personal travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare itineraries and ensure all travel-related details are organized.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with various personal and household administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure action items are followed up.
- Provide support on special projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Mandarin speaking candidates preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
