  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of exhibition products and services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Pre-Event Planning: Work with event planners and stakeholders to define objectives, create event plans, timelines, and budgets, and handle vendor contracts for venues, catering, and services.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee event setup, seating, decorations, and signage, coordinate vendor deliveries, and develop contingency plans for any logistical challenges.
  • Cross-functional: Working and collaborating closely with other departments and projects as needed to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall productivity and project success.
  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • All candidates should have at least 3 years' experience and relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, especially within the staffing or workforce development field, that would be a valuable asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively sell the value proposition of the company's services to employers.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including and not limited to lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and other sales tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
