- Responsible for daily office management, including maintaining and updating office environments and equipment such as electrical systems, phone systems, computers, printers, etc., ensuring their proper functioning.
- Manage the daily schedule of the General Manager, as well as receiving, forwarding, and filing documents, letters, and communications.
- Organize and plan meetings, collect and communicate internal and external information within the company.
- Handle client visits and coordinate communication with suppliers. Able to quickly analyze situations, propose solutions, and take action to resolve issues when faced with challenges.
- Complete administrative tasks as required by leadership.
- Technical skills: Proficient in using various office software and communication tools to enhance work efficiency.
- University degree or higher education (Business Administration, Administrative Management, or Human Resource Management are preferred; Graduates with relevant backgrounds in law, finance, or similar fields are also welcome if they possess the required skills).
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. More preferable Mandarin speaker.
- Requires at least 2 years of work experience.
- Attention to detail, patience, and responsibility.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
- Provide strong support for the company’s daily operations and long-term development through efficient work and high-quality service.
