Job Description: 1. Maintaining accurate records, documents, and databases. 2. Assist in preparing legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, appeals, and agreements. 3. Assist in contacting the person-in-charge assigned by the HOD. 4. Assist in courier out documents. 5. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Law or equivalent in a related field. 2. Preferable candidate with at least one year of experience in administration / law. 3. Dedicated and detailed-oriented. 4. Candidate who is able to start immediately is preferred.
