As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing activities of the company, ensuring that goods and services are sourced and acquired in the most efficient, cost-effective, and timely manner. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement or supply chain role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Must possess own transport.
