IT Business Analyst

Description We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, preparing comprehensive documentation, and ensuring the successful execution of IT workflows and processes. Responsibilities 1. Act as the primary liaison to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding. 2. Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to support project objectives. 3. Conduct thorough quality assurance, verification, and validation processes, and propose improvements to IT workflows and business processes. 4. Collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of business requirements. 5. Manage change requests (CRs) effectively by tracking progress, coordinating reviews, and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders. 6. Provide regular updates on project progress and ensure clear and timely communication with all parties involved. Skills and Qualifications 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting business and IT functions. 2. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 3. Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 4. Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems, and independently handle challenging project development tasks. 5. Exceptional communication and learning abilities, with a track record of performing well under pressure and in dynamic work environments. 6. Proficient in critical thinking and logical reasoning, with the adaptability to navigate rapidly changing scenarios. 7. Mandarin speaking is required, as most of our client are mandarin speaking.
