  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

* Upload Daily CSV on 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. * Verify stock’s availability based on CSV and point out errors in items’s availability dashboard * Stock Balance Reconciliation, regularly compare physical stock counts with system records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies * Investigate Stock Variances, thoroughly analyze and investigate any discrepancies between physical counts and system records, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent future variance * Stock take (Weekly, Monthly, and Annually). Conduct comprehensive physical inventory counts at specified intervals to verify stock levels and maintain accurate records * Log all incoming and outgoing inventory daily to ensure precise tracking and reconciliation of stock * To perform ad-hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required * Weekly report on stock holding & Stock expiry . Which will be sent out to key stakeholders. * Weekly report for non-Movement item . Which will be sent out to key stakeholders. * Issue GRN and email to supplier to collect return and prepare template pull in system * Item location transfer due to product recall and discontinued for return for supplier collection * Item Status Management * Non-returnable items management * Prepare finance document * Prepare ageing stock report and assign product adjustment on FEFO * Opportunity for job rotation to other Internal Control Section * Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree/ Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent * Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Pivot Table, etc
