  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working hours: Rotational night shift from 8:30 PM - 8 AM
Working days: Rotational 5 working days, 2 off days
Salary: RM 3,200
Contract: 6 months renewable based on performance

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking & writing)
- Immediate stater
- Must have at least one year of customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Able to work on weekend and night shift (rotating basis)

Responsibilities:
- Offer excellent customer support via email, phone, and online chat.
- Handle customer requests, including registrations, transfers, and cancellations, promptly.
- Improve processes for delivering and implementing tests and materials.
- Provide feedback for updates to registration and reporting systems.
- Monitor customer requests and suggest improvements for better service.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift
