Position: Indoor Salesperson – Air Conditioning
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Indoor Salesperson for our air conditioning division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of air conditioning systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and driving sales of air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with walk-in customers and assist them in selecting suitable air conditioning solutions based on their needs and budget.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of air conditioning products, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Sales: Drive indoor sales by managing leads, quoting, and closing sales, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Consultation & Solutions: Offer expert guidance on system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Recommend products tailored to customers' requirements.
Follow-up: Maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales support, addressing any concerns or queries, and offering service plans.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest air conditioning trends, products, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilments and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Track sales activities and report performance to the sales manager regularly.
Requirements:
Age: Below 38 years old Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in indoor sales, preferably in the air conditioning or HVAC industry and experience online sales (LAZADA, SHOPEE etc.) will
prior consider.
Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical products and communicate their benefits clearly.
Good negotiation and closing skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. Personality :Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Additional: Knowledge of air conditioning systems, energy efficiency options, and related technologies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
