ACCOUNTS:-
1. To prepare full set account for the clients/projects assigned to you by the Company.
2. To carry out constant review of current systems and processes;
3. To monitor monthly cash balances and the aging list for all creditors and debtors;
4. To attend meetings with clients, provide clarifications to queries and follow up on issues raised at the meetings;
5. To assist the Finance and Accounts Manager or the Company’s assigned officer with other tasks as and when required;
6. To review periodic reports, such as Income & Expenditure Statements and Balance Sheets, to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and prepare timely report;
7. To ensure that all financial and administrative policies and rulings of the Companyare implemented and adhered to.
8. To ensure availability of all forms and documents as prescribed by the Company for accounts & operation system and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times;
9. To check and ensure all payment invoices submitted from the assigned projects are in order and with proper supporting documents before submitting for certification/approval by the directors/clients;
10. To keep proper record on payments received from the tenants, letters, etc.;
11. To effectively carry out and implement the credit control measures according to the Company’s guideline and requirement under the laws;
12. To attend to owners’ and residents’ complaints/feedbacks, the authorities and the utilities company’s matters and answering all enquiries professionally, tactfully and within acceptable timeline; and
13. To carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.
HUMAN RESOURCES:-
1. Responsible for overall quality system in the Company’s Human Resources (HR);
2. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues;
3. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents;
4. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement;
5. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, virtual interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned party in the Company & background verification of the shortlisted candidates;
6. Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate;
7. Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Directors;
8. Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance policies;
9. Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee;
10. Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees;
11. Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them;
12. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination;
13. Planning of company events or activities on occasions by the management’s approval;
14. Organising/coordinating training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties; and
15. Involve in all HR related matters including payroll, compulsory contributions and liaising with the relevant government agencies.

Pay: RM3,300.00 per month
