Nagamas Printing is a specialized printing company that focuses on producing high-quality money packets, calendars, and packaging products. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our order processing and production departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders and arrange for prompt delivery to clients.
  • Perform regular quality checks during the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Liaise effectively with vendors and internal staff to coordinate and facilitate the smooth flow of operations, including material procurement and order fulfillment.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the order processing operation, including document filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and send out quotations to clients via email, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring, stocktaking, and reconciliation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in resolving any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise during the production process.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions when necessary.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Previous experience in the printing industry or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
