Job description:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing top-notch service and resolving guest issues.
  • Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings.
  • Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys.
  • Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
  • Responding to requests for help and information.
  • Be responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Hospitality, customer service, reception, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience with web hosting platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Traveloka, etc.
  • Presentable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
