Job description:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing top-notch service and resolving guest issues.
- Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings.
- Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys.
- Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
- Responding to requests for help and information.
- Be responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in Hospitality, customer service, reception, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience with web hosting platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Traveloka, etc.
- Presentable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
- Immediate availability is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
