- Daily administrative tasks of the company, including receiving answering call and receptionist.
- Responsible for purchasing, managing, and distributing office supplies and daily necessities.
- Manage company files and handle the statistical management of various documents and materials.
- Process rental and property fee payment applications, handle business registration documents.
- Responsible for company staff recruitment and interviews.
- Oversee the daily maintenance of public office areas and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Assist supervisors in arranging and executing various administrative tasks and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preference for candidates with a background in secretarial studies, administrative management or human resources.
- Relevant work experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to express ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, with good internet skills.
- Good personal image and temperament, meticulous work habits, and a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
