- The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of the company’s core values, vision, and mission.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive cultural change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaker is preferable).
