Any ad-hoc tasks given by superior or management team. Strategy Development: 1. Devise and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets. 2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. 2. Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Digital Campaign Management: 1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement. 2. Working closely with other teams to conceive integrated campaigns. Customer Service: 1. Receive any inquiry/complaints from customer 2. Provide consultation regarding customer’s queries (ie, registration, ordering, postage) 2. Manage operations for service excellence Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce strategy. 3. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and social media. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 6. Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
