Logistics Coordinator

Castlery is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team based in Johor Bahru. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the team to ensure customer's orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied with their experience with us. Your daily job responsibilities are as per below.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with respective teams to oversee outbound operations and ensure seamless execution.
• Assist in coordinating any special delivery requests or enquiries from customers.
• Address and resolve any gaps between carriers, customers, and the CX team to facilitate smooth operations.
• Active monitoring on outbound operations to facilitate smooth operations.
• Handle phone calls and manage customer inquiries related to delivery issues that carriers cannot resolve.
• Propose actionable items to lower down logistics expenses.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience (inclusive of internships) in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident in speaking to stakeholders - both internally and externally, such as couriers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of ERP and e-commerce background is a plus
• Meticulous and sensitive with numbers.
• Independent and self-driven with problem solving skills

Other Details

• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm MYT
• Working Location: Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru
• Working Days: Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays
• Casual working environment, laptop provided
