Responsibilities:
1. Culture delivery
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of OFFNIC.
- Ensure that all staff deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with OFFNIC Coffee's brand values.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist with new shop searching.
2. Store Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the café to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and maintain product quality and service standards to create a premium customer experience.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Staff Supervision and Training
- Assists with new barista training.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues.
- Support baristas and other staff in their daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
4. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, pastries, snacks, and other café supplies to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reporting to minimize wastage and reduce costs.
5. Sales and Performance Monitoring
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor product performance and suggest changes to the menu based on customer feedback and sales data.
6. Marketing and Events Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to support in-store events, promotions, and collaborations.
- Ensure promotional materials are displayed effectively and align with OFFNIC Coffee’s branding.
- Coordinate with local communities and organizations for partnerships and marketing opportunities.
7. Administrative and Financial Support
- Assist in managing budgets for daily operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and operational performance for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead a team and interact with customers effectively.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with inventory management is a plus.
- Experience in event coordination or collaboration with marketing teams is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
