Operations Coordinator (Based in Gabon, Africa)

We are seeking an eager, Operations Coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will Supporting the Director General in the leadership and stewardship role of logging operations in terms of efficiency and productivity of the operations and ensure they have and continue to maintain the necessary certifications and accreditations as required by the business such as Forest Stewardship Council Certification (FSC-FM/FSC-COC). Job Description: Support the efficiency of the logging, sawmill and veneer operations Risk management and internal control Establish, implement and update written policies, practices, procedures, SOPs, templates, checklists, etc. Provide timely reports to the management on the observations, compliance, variance analysis and improvements Ad-hoc, daily, weekly and comprehensive monthly management report Requirements: -Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. -Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure. -Do operational job. - Communicate with other team. - Able to communicate with English averagely. -Looking for a stable and permanent job.
