Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. - Plan and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing. - Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using analytics and performance metrics. 2. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to align marketing efforts. - Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, or similar. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with A/B testing and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
