Front Server (Waitress)

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information (e.g., portions, ingredients, potential food allergies).
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
• Inform customers about daily specials.
• Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS software, order slips, or memorization.
• Check customer IDs to ensure legal age for alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drink orders.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of dishes and kitchenware; report any issues.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
• Carry dirty dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Review daily specials, menu changes, and service requirements with staff.
• Follow health department regulations and provide excellent customer service.

Minimum Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field is preferred

      • Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday
