1.Stock Management: Implement inventory control systems to track stock levels, stock distributions, and reorder points, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. Analyze sales patterns to anticipate demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly. 2.Point of Sale (POS) System Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of POS systems, ensuring seamless operation across all outlets. Train outlet staff on using the POS system efficiently, ensuring error-free transaction processing. 3.Business License Compliance: Maintain a database of all business licenses for outlets, tracking renewal dates and compliance requirements. Liaise with local authorities to maintain compliance and address any licensing issues proactively. 4.Administrative Tasks: Generate detailed reports summarizing operational performance, including stock levels, sales, and compliance issues for management review. Organize and maintain operational documentation, including contracts, permits, and event organizer agreements. 5.Procurement Management: Identify product needs and sourcing local or oversea suppliers. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing strategies. Monitor inventory replenishment needs in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. 6.Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of products from storage to outlets, optimizing logistics and processes. Assist in forecasting supply needs based on sales projections and inventory evaluations, contributing to overall supply chain strategy. 7.Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes across inventory management and procurement to increase efficiency.
