JOB PURPOSE: At Transcosmos Malaysia, the E-Commerce Associate acts as an extension of our clients’ businesses, ensuring the effective management and execution of their e-commerce strategies. This role includes identifying and presenting new opportunities for our clients. You will collaborate closely with other internal departments to deliver best-in-class end-to-end service execution. Staying informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitive intelligence will enable you to gain specialized industry knowledge, allowing us to add value and better understand our clients’ business challenges and opportunities. The successful candidate will join our Global E-Commerce Business Team and report to the Senior E-Commerce Manager, General Manager, or E-Commerce Director. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing Clients own webstore or stores on e-commerce channels. Which include local or international marketplace, such as Lazada, Shopee, PrestoMall, Lelong.my, Qoo10, Amazon, eBay and etc. - Assisting customers by responding to their email and/or chat inquiries. - Offering information about the products and services provided by the company. - Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. - Processing customer orders and returns. - Updating customer accounts with relevant information. - Identifying potential issues and escalating them to higher management if necessary. - Keeping precise records of all customer interactions and transactions. - To seek opportunities to grow client GMV and optimize sales funnel to improve conversion rates. - Day-to-day management of Client brand online store, end-to-end from product uploads to order processing. - Making sure products are always ready-to-sell and well presented to the customer to maximize sales volume - Coordinating with internal (warehouse, production) as well as external (brands, e-commerce channels) parties. - Provide good customer service for client e-commerce store, using a proactive service approach, ensuring delivery of world-class customer satisfaction and retention. - Required to prepare weekly, monthly sales report and etc. - Provide full support to direct and indirect superior. REQUIREMENTS: - Vietnamese/ Thai language literacy - 1-2 years’ e-commerce, customer service or marketing experience would be an advantage. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long keen on E-commerce operations and Customer Service - Good computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. - Microsoft Office knowledge is required. - Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and details oriented. - Comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven and sales environment. - Superior communication skills in English and Mandarin (advantage) written and oral.
