  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Supplier Sourcing and Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for electrical cabling, trunking, cable trays, and accessories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms.

2. Procurement Process Management:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Issue purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on pricing trends and availability.

3. Cost Optimization and Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project requirements.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on procurement status and resolve any supply chain disruptions.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and inventory levels.
  • Generate regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier evaluations.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in electrical cabling, trunking, cable trays, and related accessories.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiations and cost optimization.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of electrical cabling specifications, cable management systems, and related accessories.
  • Familiarity with electrical and construction industry standards

4. Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines.

The products or solutions will be such as below.

  • Critical power (UPS system, AVC and etc) and cooling (Precision Air Cond and In Row Air Cond) for data center and production.
  • Early warning smoke detection system for industrial environment such cleanroom, warehouse, hospital, airport and etc.
  • Fire suppression system such as FM-200 system / Novec 1230.
  • Water leak detection system.
  • Environmental monitoring system.
  • Rack and PDU.
  • Structure cabling system.
  • Security access and CCTV system.
  • Renewable Energy such as Solar system, EV charger and etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
